VILLA AFRODITI, at the back of the main building, is a new two storey house, finished building in 2018, and offering two spacious apartments. The two apartments can be rented separately or together. At the entrance of the house, there is a built-in barbecue for the use of the residents of the two apartments and a private parking.
During high season period of rental is from Saturday until Saturday.

This well- designed apartment (125m²) with tasteful décor, satellite TV, wifi, has three bedrooms with air conditioning and three shower rooms/wc.
Occupying the ground floor position of a brand new 2 storey-house at the back of the main building, access is via a spacious and partly covered terrace, on split levels, which overlooks Logaras beach and surrounds all the apartment. There is a dining table which seats up to 8 people and there are also armchairs– just perfect for enjoying the view whilst dining or having drinks.
The main door opens into a lovely sitting and dining area, on split levels, including a kitchen which is equipped with fitted cupboards, a cooker with extractor fan, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, dishwasher and a micro wave. All cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. Beautiful views on the sea.
The sitting-room is separated from the dining and kitchen area by a beautiful stone wall and next to the kitchen, there is a shower room /wc with a washing machine. There is access to all the other rooms from the sitting room. The main bedroom is spacious and light and opens onto a large and partly covered terrace with sun loungers, table and armchairs. and a lovely sea view. There is a large built in double bed with built in bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. Next to the room is a shower room/wc.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. A window bay opens onto the main terrace with table and chairs and a nice view on the sea. The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, two bunk beds, and a fitted wardrobe. A window bay opens onto the terrace with table and chairs. Next to the room is a shower room/wc.
