Recently completed for the 2006 season, this well designed apartment (75m²) has two bedrooms and two shower rooms/wc.
Occupying a ground floor position, access is via a spacious sun terrace and covered porch which overlooks Logaras beach. The porch is 35m², has a dining table which seats up to 6 people and there is also a comfortable sitting area with cane furniture - just perfect for enjoying the view whilst dining or having drinks.
The main door opens into a spacious dining kitchen which is equipped with fitted cupboards, a cooker with extractor fan, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a toast machine. All cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
A second door opens to the side of the apartment and leads to the parking area at the rear.
A dining table and chairs are positioned beneath a large picture window which overlooks the sea.
There is access to all the other rooms from the dining kitchen.
The main bedroom is spacious and light. There is a double bed with a wrought iron frame, bedside tables with bedside lamps, a fitted wardrobe, a satellite/TV and air-conditioning.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room/wc.
A second shower room/wc also has a washing machine.
The other bedroom has three single beds with wrought iron frames, bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe, satellite/TV and air conditioning. Doors open onto covered porch at the front of the apartment.

All cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. There is access to all the other rooms from the dining kitchen. The apartment has two bed rooms: one with double built bed and the other one with bunk beds. In between the two bed rooms there is a shower room/wc. There is satellite/TV and air conditioning in both rooms. Wi-Fi internet access.
